Jeff has been working with the local charities over recent months and several organisations have benefitted as a result of Jeff's activities.
In April, Jeff raised money for Motor Neurone Disease by walking from Hartlepool's Victoria Ground to Darilngton's TFM Arena, via Middlesbrough's Riverside Stadium.
