As the season comes to an end, it is surprising how memories are rekindled.
Now Avram Grant is starting to blame a refereeing decision against Manchester United in his first game for them not being ahead of United going into the last game. I suppose conceding in the last minute at home to Wigan and losing two points does not matter then.
We will soon have a new table based on refereeing mistakes. I wonder what it would look like if player errors were also taken into account.
Anyway at the business end of the season, the refs had a good weekend.
There was only the one glaring mistake as Steed Malbranque had a goal chalked out for offside that never was. Reading v Tottenham: 0-2 to Spurs instead of 0-1
